What is happening?

Kent County Council, acting in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, makes or intends to make the following Orders.
DARTFORD AREA
A206 BOB DUNN WAY, MARSH STREET & BINNIE ROAD, DARTFORD (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2024
The Midnight Man Triathlon
Kent County Council intends to make an Order for the safety of the public whilst an event is being held on the highway to temporarily prohibit the use of Vehicles on:-
A206 Bob Dunn Way – prohibition of eastbound traffic between the hours of 16:30hrs to 04:30hrs. The alternative route is via A2026 Burnham Road/Victoria Road/Hythe Street, A226 Westgate Road/Home Gardens/East Hill/The Brent/London Road, A206 St Clements Way/Crossways Boulevard.
Marsh Street North – at the entrance to the estate between the hours of 16:30hrs to 04:30hrs. The alternative route is via Rennie Drive.
Binnie Road – at the roundabout with Marsh Street North between the hours of 16:30hrs to 04:30hrs. The alternative route is via Brunel Way.
The Order will become effective on 10th August 2024. The restrictions/prohibitions specified in this notice will apply only during such times and to such extent as indicated by traffic signs in operation.
Nothing in the Order will apply to:
• Any Vehicle being used for Ambulance purposes, Coastguard/RNLI, Fire Brigade or Police services.
• Anything done by a Statutory Undertaker vehicle in connection with an emergency repair.
• Anything done with the permission or at the direction of Event Organisers or a Police Constable in Uniform.
Baldwyns Road & Beaconsfield Road, Bexley, DA2 7WF (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2024
Because of a gas main replacement scheme, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Baldwyns Road and Beaconsfield Road, Bexley.
Beaconsfield Road is planned from 5th August 2024 to 19th August 2024.
Baldwyns Road is planned from 19th August 2024 to 2nd September 2024.
The roads will be closed at the junction with A2018 Old Bexley Lane.
The alternative route is via Heath End Road, Denton Road, A2018 Old Bexley Lane and vice versa.
Hook Green Road, Southfleet, DA13 9NA (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2024
Because of Thames Water works, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Hook Green Road, Southfleet, on or after 5th August 2024 for up to 4 days or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed at the junction with B255 Whitehill Road.
The alternative route is via Hook Green Road, Dale Road, B262 Station Road/Betsham Road/Sandbanks Hill, B260 Green Street Green Road, B255 Whitehill Road and vice versa.
Nurstead Lane, Longfield, DA3 7AU (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2024
Because of Openreach works, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Nurstead Lane, Longfield, on or after 22nd July 2024 for up to 1 day between 09.30hrs and 15.30hrs or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed between B260 Longfield Road and Nurstead Avenue.
The alternative route is via Nurstead Lane, Park Hill, A227 Wrotham Road, B260 Longfield Road and vice versa.
Park Corner Road, Southfleet, DA13 9LJ (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2024
Because of Openreach works, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Park Corner Road, Southfleet, on or after 24th July 2024 for up to 3 days or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed near Lower Oast.
The alternative route is via Park Corner Road, Station Road, Foxhounds Lane and vice versa.
