CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 DAGNALL PARK. SOUTH NORWOOD TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a railway bridge inspection, they intend to make an Order to the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Dagnall Park, South Norwood.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, the carriageway and eastern footway of Dagnall Park will be closed for 30 metres either side of railway bridge VTB1 /55, situated between its junctions with Newhaven Road and Saxon Road.
3. During the closure pedestrians will be diverted to the opposite footway. A two-metre cycle way will be provided for cyclists.
4. The Order will come into operation on 29 July 2024, and it is anticipated that the work will be carried out overnight from 10pm on 29 July 2024 to 6am on 30 July 2024. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further work be required.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of: la) A vehicle involved in the said work.
(b) A vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.
(c) Anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
6. The restriction will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate telecoms works, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic and parking in Edridge Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:
a) Edridge Road will be closed between its junction with The Croydon Flyover and the southern boundary of Edridge Road Community Health Centre, Impact House, No. 2 Edridge Road.
b) Parking bays within the above closure area will be suspended.
3. During the closure the alternative routes for vehicular traffic will be via A232, A212, Lower Coombe Street, and High Street, Croydon, or via Lower Coombe Street and High Street, Croydon.
4. The Order will come into operation on 29 July 2024 for one day, and be reintroduced on 04 August 2024, for one day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced again should further work be required.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works.
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate disconnection works on behalf of Thames Water, they intend to make an Order
the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic movements and parking in Fitzroy Gardens, Upper Norwood.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place Fitzroy Gardens will be closed as detailed below.

3. During the closures parking in the above stretches of road will be suspended and waiting restrictions will apply at any time.
4. Whilst the closures remain in force access will be maintained for the emergency services.
5. The Order will come into operation on 29 July 2024, and it is anticipated that the work will be carried out in phases as shown above. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further work be required.
6. The restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said work.
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate a railway bridge inspection, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Manor Farm Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place Manor Farm Road will be closed to vehicular traffic between a point 30 metres south-west of railway bridge VTB1/47, and a point 30 metres north-east of that railway bridge.
3. Whilst the closure remains in force the alternative route for diverted traffic will be via Norbury Crescent, Sandfield Road, Norbury Avenue and vice versa, as appropriately signposted.
4. The restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said work.
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
5. The Order will come into operation on 30 July 2024, and it is anticipated that the work will be carried out overnight from 10pm on 30 July 2024 to 6am on 31 July 2024. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further work be required. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate electrical connection works they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit traffic in Miller Road, Croydon.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place vehicles will be banned from turning right from Purley Way into Miller Road.
3. During the works the alternative route for traffic will be north to Lombard Roundabout and then southbound on A23 Purley Way to take the left hand turn into Miller Road.
4. The restriction shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works.
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
5. The Order will come into operation on 29 July 2024, and it is anticipated that the works will be completed on 07 August 2024. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further work be required.

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate a sewer CCTV survey and cleaning works on behalf of Thames Water they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Prince Road, South Norwood.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place Prince Road will be closed between its junctions with Dagmar Road and Clifton Road.
3. During the closure, the diversion routes for vehicular traffic will be via Prince Road, Selhurst Road, and Clifton Road, or via Dagmar Road, Holmesdale Road, and Clifton Road.
4. The Order will come into operation on 29 July 2024, and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in five days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.
6. The restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) a vehicle involved in the said works. (b) a vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a civil enforcement officer.

CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS SOUTHBRIDGE ROAD & TANFIELD ROAD. CROYDON TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate gas main remediation works on behalf of SGN, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Tanfield Road and Southbridge Road, Croydon.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:
a) Southbridge Road will be closed north westbound (towards Lower Coombe Street) at its junction with South End.
b) Tanfield Road will be closed at its junction with Bramley Hill.
3. During the closures, the alternative route for diverted traffic will be via South End, Ledbury Road, Heathfield Road, Aberdeen Road, South End, Lower Coombe Street and vice versa, as appropriately signposted.
4. The Order will come into operation on 27 July 2024, and it is anticipated that the work will be completed on 01 September 2024. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further work be required. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) A vehicle involved in the said work.
(b) A vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.
(c) Anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 STANLEY CLOSE. COULSDON TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate works on Coulsdon Road by SGN, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict parking in Stanley Close.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, parking will be suspended and temporary waiting and loading restrictions operating 'at any time' will be introduced in Stanley Close at the following locations:
a) The south-east side outside Nos. 30 to 31 Stanley Close.
b) The inset parking bays on both sides of Stanley Close between its junctions with Betjeman Close and Shelley Close.
3. The Order will come into operation on 30 July 2024, and it is anticipated that the works will be completed on 02 September 2024. However, the Order will remain in force for a maximum duration of 18 months to be reintroduced if further works are required.
4. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
la) a vehicle being used to carry out the said work.
(b) a vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
