Bron Haul, Cwmbach - Temporary Road Closure to Facilitate the Renewal of a Leading Communication Pipe

DYMA HYSBYSIAD bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, ar ôl o leiaf 7 diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad yma, o dan Adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, fel y’i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991, a fydd yn para deunaw mis ar y mwyaf.
Mae angen cau’r ffordd er mwyn adnewyddu pibell gyswllt ddŵr sy’n gollwng.
Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd cau Bron Haul, Cwm-bach, o ffin gyffredin 13 a 14 Bron Haul tua’r de-orllewin i ffin g yffredin 18 a 19 Bron Haul, sef pellter o tua 33 metr.
Llwybr amgen – ar gael ar hyd Bron Haul a Bro Deg Bydd mynediad ar gael i gerddwyr a cherbydau’r gwasanaethau brys.
Bydd mynediad ar gael i eiddo.
Mae disgwyl i’r ffordd fod ar gau rhwng y dyddiadau ac amseroedd canlynol neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau:-
• Cau’n gyfan gwbl o 8am ar 24 Gorffennaf tan 6pm ar 26 Gorffennaf 2024

RHONDDA CYNON TAF COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL (BRON HAUL, CWMBACH) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council, intends, not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, which will have a maximum duration of eighteen months.
The closure is necessary to facilitate the renewal of a leading communication pipe
The effect of the Order will be to close Bron Haul, Cwmbach from the common boundary of No. 13 and 14 in a south westerly direction to the common boundary of No. 18 and 19, for a distance of approximately 33 metres
Alternative Route – available via Bron Haul and Bro Deg
Access will be maintained for pedestrians and emergency services.
Access will be maintained to premises.
The closure is expected to be in operation between the following dates and times, or until such time as the works has been completed: -
• Full closure from 8am on 24th July to 6pm on 26th July 2024
