(Remote footway between 56 and 35 The Hides, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close the remote footway between numbers 56 and 35, The Hides, south for approximately 42 metres, in the District of Harlow.

The closures are scheduled to commence on 22 July 2024 for five days or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while utility works are undertaken. No alternative route available.

The Order will come into effect on 22 July 2024 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Bournebridge Lane, Stapleford Abbotts) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) & (Gravel Lane, Chigwell) (Temporary Suspension of 7.5 Tonne Weight Restriction) & (Stapleford Road, Stapleford Abbotts) (Temporary Suspension of 7.5 Tonne Weight Restriction) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close that length of Bournebridge Lane, Stapleford Abbotts in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 280m south west of its junction with Stapleford Road for a distance of approximately 50m in a south westerly direction.

2. To temporarily suspend the 7.5T weight restriction to all traffic on A1112 Gravel Lane, Chigwell between Abridge Road and Pudding Lane as cited in 'Epping Forest District (Roding Valley Area) (Weight and Width Restrictions) Order 1992'.

3. To temporarily suspend the 7.5T weight restriction to all traffic on B175 Stapleford Road, Stapleford Abbotts between Ongar Road and Bournebridge Lane as cited in 'Epping Forest District (Roding Valley Area) (Weight and Width Restrictions) Order 1992'.

The closure/suspensions are scheduled to commence on 8th August 2024 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30045553878 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure/suspensions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while excavation works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.

An alternative route is available via Stapleford Road, Passingford Bridge Roundabout, Ongar Road, Market Place, London Road, Abridge Road, Abridge Road Roundabout, Gravel Lane and vice versa (with access only into Lambourne Road, Manor Road and Bournebridge Lane). The Order will come into effect on 18th July 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Hatfield Heath Road, Sheering) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hatfield Heath Road, Sheering in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 555m south east then north east of its junction with Sheering Lower Road for a distance of approximately 455m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th August 2024 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC336-CHIL-WFKML09M - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while track installation works are undertaken by Openreach.

An alternative route is available via Hatfield Heath Road, Sawbridgeworth Road, Chelmsford Road, Sheering Road, The Street, Church Lane, Back Lane, Sheering Lower Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 18th July 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(London Road, Hastingwood) (Temporary Introduction of a No Left Turn) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a no left hand turn from London Road, Hastingwood in the District of Epping Forest, into A414 London Road, Hastingwood. The restriction is scheduled to commence on 5th August 2024 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (YN12321446/CPPR/JP - MBNL). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while telecoms works are undertaken by MBNL.

An alternative route is available via London Road, Potter Street, Southern Way, A414 Between Southern Town Boundary And Harlow Mill Roundabout, A414 London Road.

The Order will come into effect on 18th July 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Old Road, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date

of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Old Road, Harlow in the District of Harlow,

from its junction with Hart Road to its junction with Wyldwood Close a distance of approximately 80m.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th August 2024 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit

(MX04410237576 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs

showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and

workforce while hydrant repair works are undertaken by Affinity Water.

An alternative route is available via Old Road, Cambridge Road, Hart Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 18th July 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the

works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, Epping Forest) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) (Streetworks No.5) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close those lengths of roads in the District of Epping Forest, as detailed in the Schedule.

The works are scheduled to commence after 18th July 2024, as stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the roads.

The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent Gas.

The Order will come into effect on 18th July 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close those lengths of roads in the District of Epping Forest as detailed in the Schedule.

The works are scheduled to commence after 4th July 2024, as stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the roads.

The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.

The Order came into effect on 4th July 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, District of Harlow) (Temporary Suspension of Bus Lane) (No.12) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily suspend the Bus Lane on Velizy Avenue, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from a point approximately 205m south east of its junction with Fifth Avenue for a distance of approximately 300m in a south easterly direction as cited in 'The Essex County Council (Various Roads, Harlow) (Bus Lane) Order 2020'.

Description

From a point approximately 205m south east of its junction with Fifth Avenue for a distance Avenue, of approximately 300m in a south easterly direction as cited in 'The Essex County Council Harlow (Various Roads, Harlow) (Bus Lane) Order 2020'.

(Various Roads, District of Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) (No.13) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close that length of road in the District of Harlow as specified in the schedule to this Order.

2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above length of road for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

"The Essex County Council (Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 4th July 2024, exact dates will be specified on one.network. The road will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
