The County of Cornwall (Access To Tolverth House, Long Rock) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 8th July 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Long Rock. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 25th July 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Access To Tolverth House, Long Rock between grid references SW49860 31606 and SW49891 31498.

The County of Cornwall (Carrallack Lane and Bosorne Terrace, St Just) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in St Just. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th August 2024 to 7th August 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Roads affected - CarraIlack Lane, St Just between the junctions of Bosorne Terrace and Carrallack Mews and Bosorne Terrace, St Just between the junctions of Vounder Glaze and CarraIlack Lane.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary One-Way Traffic Restriction Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary one-way restriction over an area of highway being oneway restriction over an area of highway being Clarence Street between the junction of St Erbyns Car Park and the junction of St Claire Street for approximately 70 metres in a South to North Westerly direction.
It is further ordered that that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a No Left Turn restriction from St Erbyns Car Park onto Clarence Street, and a No Left Turn restriction from Clarence Terrace onto Clarence Street.
The Order will come into operation on 8th July 2024 and the works are expected to be completed by the 27th September 2024.
The restriction will be in force 24 hours a day weekends included.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the road to the Penzance Creative Cluster.
Nothing in this order will apply to anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 8th July 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Ives. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd July 2024 to 25th July 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2100 and 0600, weekdays only.
Road affected - Gabriel Street, St Ives from junction with Tregenna Hill for approximately 64 metres westwards.

This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 24th July 2024 to 26th July 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Orange Lane To Ventnor Terrace, St Ives for its entire length.

This prohibition is necessary for gas alteration works and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd July 2024 to 26th July 2024.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only.
Road affected - The Fradgan, Newlyn for its entire length.

This prohibition is necessary for new fibre infrastructure works and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th August 2024 to 30th August 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - The Saltings, Lelant between the junctions of Abbey Hill and Station Hill.
