(TAMWORTH) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND LOADING AND PARKING PLACES) ORDER NO 1 (AMENDMENT) NO. X/20XX
Staffordshire County Council propose to make a Traffic Regulation Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce the following: School Keep Clear Road Markings between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00 on Monday to Friday inclusive on Austen Drive, Tamworth No waiting between the hours of 08:00 and 09:30 and between 14:30 and 16:00 on Monday to Friday inclusive on Austen Drive, Tamworth Documents may be examined during office hours at 1 Staffordshire Place, Tipping Street, Stafford, ST16 2DH and during opening hours at Tamworth Library, Corporation Street Tamworth, Staffordshire, B79 7DN or at www.staffordshire.gov.uk/trafficregulationorders.
Objections or representations should be sent in writing to: Highway Maintenance and Network Management, Third Floor, Staffordshire Pl 1, Tipping St, Stafford, ST16 2DH or to: trafficregulationorderobjections@staffordshire.gov.uk no later than 25/7/24 quoting reference HoCPS/TM/TR7/24 and stating the grounds on which they are made.
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
School Ln, Hints. Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 9/7/24 made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along School Ln, Hints. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/ ?tm=138833896. The Order will come into operation on 17/7/2024 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 18/7/24. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the provision of overhead cabling works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
Drayton Ln, Drayton Bassett. Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Drayton Ln, Drayton Bassett. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/ ?tm=138853811. The Order will come into operation on 31/7/24 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by on the same day. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the tree cutting works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The Order will come into operation on 29/7/24 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the highways works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the said roads have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC AND TEMPORARY ONE WAY ORDER

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 11/7/24 made an Order the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit traffic and/or install a one way along Various Sts in the Borough of Tamworth. The Order will come into operation on 15/7/24 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 15/7/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the works in connection with maintenance and repairs of the Highway being completed by Staffordshire County Council, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
