The County of Cornwall (Perranporth) (Various Streets) (On-Street Parking Places and Restrictions on Waiting) (Amendment) Order 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 4th day of July 2024 Cornwall Council made the above Order operational from 15th day of July 2024 to regulate traffic in Perranporth. The effect is to introduce waiting restrictions as specified below.

The Order and relevant documents are available for public inspection during normal office hours at Reception, New County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY.

Please quote reference EDG2113 on all correspondence.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any provision thereof on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that a requirement of that Act or any relevant regulation made thereunder has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from 4th July 2024, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

Cliff Road sections between its junctions with Beach Road and Droskyn Point; Droskyn Point for its entire length; Droskyn Way at junction with Tregundy Lane; Tregundy Lane for its entire length; Tywarnhayle Road from Cliff Road to junction with Tregundy Lane.

Limited waiting 6am-10.30pm, 3 hours no return within 6 hours Cliff Road in the vicinity of Droskyn Car Park.

No waiting 10.30pm-6am
Cliff Road in the vicinity of Droskyn Car Park.
