ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024 (ELLEN ROYD LANE, LUDDENDENFOOT)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Northern Gas Networks have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Ellen Royd Lane from its junction with Naylor Lane to Burnley Road for a distance of approximately 230 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via Naylor Lane, Solomon Hill, New Road, Luddenden Lane, Burnley Road and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 15th July 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 16th August 2024. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
(JAGGER GREEN LANE, HOLYWELL GREEN)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by OCU Group have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Jagger Green Lane from its junction with New Road to The Barn, Carr Farm for a distance of approximately 160 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Station Road, Stainland Road, South Parade, Green Lane, New Road, New Hey Road, Swan Lane, New Road and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 15th July 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 26th July 2024. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
(RISE LANE, TODMORDEN)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Centurion Traffic Management have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Rise Lane for 20 metres either side of Bridge MNV2 for a distance of approximately 60 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Rochdale Road, Burnley Road, Ridge Road, Station Approach and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 16th July 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 16th July 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 09:00 & 15:00.
(WADSWORTH LANE, HEBDEN BRIDGE)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Wadsworth Lane from rear of 15 Blenheim Street to rear of 17 Blenheim Street for a distance of approximately 20 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Wadsworth Lane, Sandy Gate, Walker Lane, Billy Lane, Nook Lane, Height Road and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 17th July 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 19th July 2024. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
(NORLAND TOWN ROAD, SOWERBY BRIDGE)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Norland Town Road from Blue Ball Cottages to Upper Old Hall for a distance of approximately 15 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via London Road, Spark House Lane, Sowerby Croft Lane, Berry Moor Road, unaffected part of Norland Town Road. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 29th July 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 31st July 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 18:00.
(ASHVILLE GARDENS, PELLON)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Ashville Gardens from No. 18 to No. 20 for a
distance of approximately 10 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Weatherhouse Terrace Ryecroft Lane, unaffected part of
Ashville Gardens. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 2nd August 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 2nd August 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 09:30 & 14:30.
(MILL LANE, MIXENDEN)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Mill Lane from near access to Shaw Mill House for a distance of approximately 50 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Mixenden Lane, Straight Lane, Crag Lane, Mixenden Road, Clough Lane, unaffected part of Mill Lane and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 2nd August 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 16th August 2024. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
