Owler Bar Interchange - Temporary 40 Mph /30 Mph Speed Limit
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
OWLER BAR INTERCHANGE, OWLER BAR
TEMPORARY 40 MPH / 30 MPH
SPEED LIMIT
WHEN: 16 July 2024 (09:30 to 15:30).
WHERE: It will be necessary to prohibit traffic from travelling at a speed in excess of 40 mph (30 mph past works) at Owler Bar Interchange and for a distance of 100m on each approach to the interchange.
REASON: To facilitate highway maintenance works.
The restriction will be in force for the time stated or until the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while work takes place.

The County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit traffic from travelling at a speed in excess of 40 mph (30 mph past works)
