NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 4th day of July 2024 Cornwall Council made the above Orders operational from 12th day of July 2024 to regulate traffic in various settlements in the Wadebridge and Padstow Community Network area and at St Teath. The effect is to introduce waiting restrictions and impose speed limits as specified below.

The Orders and relevant documents are available for public inspection during normal office hours at Reception, New County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY. Alternatively, please telephone 01872 327250 or email traffic@cormacltd.co.uk to obtain further information. Please quote reference Infra22-189 for Wadebridge/Padstow and EDG2046 – CE008 for St Teath on all correspondence.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Restrictions on Waiting Orders or any provision thereof on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that a requirement of that Act or any relevant regulation made thereunder has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from 4th July 2024, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
