(WAITING RESTRICTIONS AND ON-STREET PARKING PLACES)

(CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2009 (AMENDMENT NO. 22) ORDER 2024 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council have made an Order under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and Schedule 9 of the Road

Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) to amend “The Northamptonshire County Council (Wellingborough District) (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and On-Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2009” as specified in the Schedule below.

A COPY of the Order may be inspected at Kier Highways, Brixworth Depot, Harborough Road, Brixworth, Northants, NN6 9BX at a time and date specified by appointment only by calling 01604 529700. A copy of the Order can also be obtained on request by emailing NNCParkingenquiries@ kier.co.uk

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date of this Notice apply to the High Court for this purpose. The Order will become effective on 12th July 2024.

NO WAITING AT ANYTIME RESTRICTIONS

(DOUBLE YELLOW LINES)

South Street, Isham – Whole triangular junction, for 14.5 metres on the south side, 20 metres on the west side and 18.5 metres to the west side. Doddington Road, Earls Barton – South side of Doddington Road for a stretch of 88 metres towards Mill Road. Sinclair Drive, Wellingborough – Both sides, extension of double yellow lines from junction with Brunel Close for 40 metres. Irthlingborough Road, Finedon – Outside No.68 within the unrestricted parking bay covering whole boundary of the property. Hinwick Road, Wollaston – North side, extension of existing lines at 4.5 metres to adjoin the obstruction marking over the access at No. 71 and 73.

Dychurch Lane, Bozeat – Southerly direction on eastern side for 60 metres towards access to the ‘Sports Ground/Pavilion’. Harrold Road, Bozeat – Both sides, for junction protection at 16 metres at junction with Allens Hill and for 7 metres around the junction with Church Lane. Parsons Road, Irchester – Both sides of junction with Station Road, extension of existing double yellow lines by 24 metres in a southerly direction.

Silver Street, Wellingborough – Adjoin existing on both sides from No. 17 to No.18 and outside No. 14 to No. 15.

NO WAITING ‘MON - FRI 8 - 9:30AM AND 2:30PM - 4PM’ RESTRICTIONS

(SINGLE YELLOW LINES)

School Road, Irchester – Both sides, northwards from the existing double yellow lines from No. 53 to the boundary wall of ‘The School House’ for 47 metres. From the access to ‘The Village Hall’ to outside of No. 46 for 71.5 metres.

REMOVAL OF NO WAITING AT ANYTIME RESTRICTIONS

(DOUBLE YELLOW LINES)

High Street, Irchester – South side and north side for 10 metres over the dropped kerb outside both properties no. 31 and no. 39.

UNRESTRICTED PARKING BAY

High Street, Irchester – South side, for 19 metres by 2 metres outside no. 33 - 37.
