THE MIDLOTHIAN COUNCIL
(B704 DALHOUSIE BRIDGE) (EXEMPTION FROM WEIGHT LIMIT) ORDER 2024 TTRO/R 5.4.243
The Midlothian Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is that for a temporary period, Midlothian Council refuse collection vehicles will be exempt from the B704 Dalhousie Bridge weight limit to allow the execution of refuse collection duties in the surrounding area. The Order has effect from 15 July 2024 for a period of 18 months. Kevin Anderson
