Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Road From West Lilling To The Lodge, Sheriff Hutton, Order 2024, No. 230

We have made this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Road From West Lilling To The Lodge, Sheriff Hutton for a temporary period of 20 weeks (subject to access to premises) between 15/07/24 & 31/12/24, due to the installation of a new drainage system. The closure period will be indicated by traffic signs & a local alternative route will be signed on site where appropriate. Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Low Street, Sproxton & Flat Top Farm Road, Terrington, Order 2024, No. 234

We have made this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Low Street, Sproxton & Flat Top Farm Road, Terrington for a temporary period of 2 weeks at each location (subject to access to premises) between 15/07/24 & 31/03/25, due to carriageway patching works. The closure period will be indicated by traffic signs & a local alternative route will be signed on site where appropriate. 30 Mph Speed Limit, Various Roads, Gilling East, Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that The North Yorkshire Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 84(1) & (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act, the effect of which will be to prohibit any motor vehicle from travelling at a speed in excess of 30 mph on any length of road specified:- B1363, Station Road, From its junction with Pottergate in a generally Northerly direction for 351 metres. B1363, Main Street, Its entire length. B1363, Burnt Gill, From its junction with Main Street in a Southeasterly direction for 42 metres. U636, Pottergate, Its entire length. U636, Park Farm Road, From its junction with Pottergate in a Westerly direction for 14 metres. U122, Cawton Road, Its entire length. U122, Gilling East to Cawton, From its junction with Cawton Road in an Easterly direction for 29 metres. U637, Church Lane, Its entire length.

A copy of the draft Order, together with a map showing the roads affected & a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at County Hall, Northallerton & at Helmsley Community Library, Town Hall, Helmsley Y062 5BL during normal office hours from 10/07/24 until 31/07/24 & also viewed online at www.northyorks.gov.uk/roadworks-map or www.northyorks.gov.uk/traffic-regulation-orders. If you wish to object to the proposed Order, you should send the grounds for your objection, in writing, addressed to Area 4 Kirby Misperton Highways Office, Beansheaf Industrial Park, Tofts Road, Kirby Misperton, Malton, North Yorkshire Y017 6BG or email Area4.
