CYNNIG TRAFFIG DROS DRO GORCHYMYN CYNGOR SIR DINAS A SIR CAERDYDD (HEOL GWERN RHUDDI, CAERDYDD) (CAU FFYRDD DROS DRO) 2024

Mae Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd, wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Adran 14(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y i diwygiwyd), a r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, yn bwriadu, mewn dim llai na saith niwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, wneud Gorchymyn a fydd yn atal cerbydau o bob dosbarth rhag defnyddio neu deithio ar hyd y darnau o ffordd a nodir yn yr Atodlen isod.

Mae r Gorchymyn yn angenrheidiol i hwyluso gwaith ar y briffordd neu gerllaw, a disgwylir iddo fod mewn grym o ddydd Llun 22 Gorffennaf 2024 tan ddydd Llun 30 Mai 2024 neu nes i r gwaith gael ei gwblhau.

Dim ond ar yr adegau ac i r graddau a nodir ar arwyddion a/neu hysbysiadau a gaiff eu harddangos y bydd y cyfyngiad dan sylw ar waith. Bydd y Gorchymyn yn parhau ar waith am hyd at 18 mis.

Bydd mynediad i breswylwyr drwy r amser.

Enw’r Gorchymyn fydd “Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd (Heol Gwern Rhuddi, Caerdydd) (Cau Ffyrdd Dros Dro) 2024”.

• Heol Gwern Rhuddi o’r gyffordd â Bryn Bryn-Awelon Road i’r gyffordd â Westminster Drive Bydd y llwybr amgen i gerbydau y mae r hysbysiad hwn yn effeithio arnynt ar hyd Westminster Drive, Heol y Deri Duon a Bryn Bryn-Awelon Road.

• Heol Gwern Rhuddi o’r gyffordd â Hampton Crescent East i’r gyffordd â Westminster Drive Bydd y llwybr amgen i gerbydau y mae r gorchymyn hwn yn effeithio arnynt ar hyd Western Drive a Rhodfa Gabalfa.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC PROPOSAL THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF (GWERN RHUDDI ROAD, CARDIFF) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES) ORDER 2024

The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and of all other enabling powers intends in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the general effect of which is to prevent vehicles of all classes from using or proceeding along the lengths of road specified in the Schedule below.

The Order is necessary to facilitate works on or near to the highway and is expected to be in operation from Monday 22nd July 2024 until Monday 30th September 2024 or until works are complete.

The restriction specified will only have the effect at such times and to such extent as indicated by the display of signs and/or notices. The Order will remain in force for a maximum of 18 months.

Access will be maintained for residents.

The Order will be known as “The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff (Gwern Rhuddi Road, Cardiff) (Temporary Road Closures) Order 2024”.

Schedule

• Gwern Rhuddi Road from its junction with Bryn-Awelon Road to its junction with Westminster Drive

The alternative route for vehicles affected by this closure will be via Westminster Drive, Hackerford Road, Black Oak Road and Bryn-Awelon Road

• Gwern Rhuddi Road from its junction with Hampton Crescent East to its junction with Westminster Drive

The alternative route for vehicles affected by this closure will be via Hampton Crescent East, The Fairway and Westminster Drive.
