Mandinam Estate, Llangadog - Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrian Traffic

What is happening?

Gorchymyn Sir Gaerfyrddin (Llwybr Cyhoeddus 48/113 (Yn Rhannol) Ystad Mandinam, Llangadog) (Gwaharddiad dros dro ar Gerddwyr) 2024

HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin wedi gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerddwyr rhag teithio ar hyd y darn hwnnw o Lwybr Troed Rhif 48/113 (yn rhannol), 93 metr tua’r dwyrain o’r gyffordd â Llwybr Troed Rhif 48/114 am bellter o oddeutu 150 tua’r de-ddwyrain drwy Ystad Mandinam.

Y Llwybr Arall i gerddwyr sy’n teithio tua’r de-ddwyrain fydd troi i’r chwith ar ddechrau’r man lle mae’r ffordd ar gau ger Stone House a pharhau i’r cae. Troi i’r dde a pharhau ar hyd perimedr y cae am bellter o oddeutu 120 metr tua’r de-ddwyrain er mwyn ailymuno â Llwybr Troed 48/113.

I’r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer cerddwyr sy’n teithio tua’r gogledd-orllewin.

Bydd y Gorchymyn yn parhau mewn grym hyd nes y bydd gwaith adeiladu ar Ystad Mandinam wedi’i gwblhau.

Bwriedir i’r gwaith ddechrau ar 8 Gorffennaf 2024, a bydd yn cael ei gwblhau mewn oddeutu chwe mis.

Lle bo hynny’n briodol gall Gorchmynion Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd dros dro barhau mewn grym am hyd at chwe mis.

The County of Carmarthenshire (Public Footpath 48/113 (part) Mandinam Estate, Llangadog) (Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrian Traffic) Order 2024

NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along that length of Footpath Number 48/113 (Part), 93 metres in an easterly direction from its junction with Footpath Number 48/114 for a distance of approximately 150 metres in a south-easterly direction through Mandinam Estate.

The Alternative Route for south-east bound pedestrians will be to turn left at the start of the closure next to the Stone House and proceed into the field. Turn right and continue along the perimeter of the field for a distance of approximately 120 metres in a south-easterly direction to rejoin Footpath Number 48/113.

Vice versa for north-west bound pedestrians.

The Order will continue in force until construction works at Mandinam Estate have been completed.

It is intended that the works commenced on the 8th of July 2024, and will be completed in approximately six months.

Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding six months.
