Ash Road North, Wrexham, Temporary Prohibiton of Traffic
What is happening?
Mae Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam yn bwriadu gwneud GORCHYMYN (GWAHARDD THAFFIG TRWOPP) PROS PRO dan Adran 14(1) Peddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 effective from 18/07/2024 prohibiting any vehicle from using that length of Ash Road North, Wrexham Industrial Estate from a point 40m south-west of its junction with the Abbey Road, to a point 140m south-west of that same junction for a distance of 100 meters to enable M&J Services to undertake works relating to Transcontinental AC UK Ltd.
The alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure is via Ash Road North, Abenbury Way, Link Road (between Abenbury Way and Ash Road North) and Ash Road North which will be signposted accordingly. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure. The prohibition is expected to last for 14 days (02/08/2024), or until completion of the works if earlier, with a maximum duration of 18 months.

Wrexham County Borough Council intends to make a TEMPORARY (PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORPER under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 effective from 18/07/2024 prohibiting any vehicle from using that length of Ash Road North, Wrexham Industrial Estate from a point 40m south-west of its junction with the Abbey Road, to a point 140m south-west of that same junction for a distance of 100 meters to enable M&J Services to undertake works relating to Transcontinental AC UK Ltd.
