What is happening?
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14
DEVON COUNTY COUNCIL
(uUCR302, HALWELL & MORELEIGH) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.
From: Monday, 8th July 2024 To: Wednesday, 8th January 2025
No persons shall proceed on the section of the afected path except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to that length of path. The order will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner.
Public rights of way afected: uUCR 302, south of Bickleigh Lane along feld boundaries. There is no alternative route.
The closure is necessary to enable resurfacing works.
