17020049 Yew Tree Road - Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic To Enable Utility Works
What is happening?

(17020049 YEW TREE ROAD, ASTON) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that Birmingham City Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in either direction along YEW TREE ROAD from a point 45 metres south east of its junction with Station Road for a distance of 40 metres in a south easterly direction.
The Temporary Order is required to enable utility works to be carried out in safety in the carriageway of the above road.
The proposed prohibition and restriction shall apply only during such times and to such an extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
The proposed Order will come into operation on 22nd July 2024 and will remain in force for a period of THREE WEEKS or until the works are complete, whichever is the sooner.
