Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (U63015 Old Wyche Road, Malvern Wells) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of U63015 Old Wyche Road from its junction with B4218 Wyche Road to its junction with Gordon Terrace (Private).
Reason: Carriageway Resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4218 Wyche Road, A449 Wells Road, U63015 Old Wyche Road.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between 8 July 2024 and 26 July 2024.
(B4208 Pickersleigh Road, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of B4208 Pickersleigh Road from its junction with U63252 Mayflower Close to its junction with U63248 Cotswold Road.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4208 Pickersleigh Road, C2260 Madresfield Road, B4211 Barnards Green Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between 29 July 2024 and 16 August 2024.
(U63301 Lydes Road, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) and (One-Way) on U63301 Lydes Road, Malvern) (Temporary Suspension) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of U63301 Lydes Road from its junction with B4208 Pickersleigh Road to its junction with U63302 Lower Chase Road and to temporarily suspend the One-Way on U63301 Lydes Road to allow two-way traffic to be able to access residents and businesses for the duration of the Order.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U63302 Lower Chase Road, U63304 Pound Bank Road, U63304 Upper Chase Road, B4211 Barnards Green Road, B4208 Pickersleigh Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between 29 July 2024 and 16 August 2024.
(B4208 Poolbrook Road, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of B4208 Poolbrook Road from its junction with U63306 Borrowdale Road to its junction with U63120 Geraldine Road.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4211 Guarldford Road, B4211 Rhydd Road, B4211 The Rhydd, B4209 Hanley Castle, B4209 Hanley Swan to Roberts End, B4208 Blackmore Park Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days between 29 July 2024 and 23 August 2024.
(U95403 Timmins Lane, Hanley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of U95403 Timmins Lane from its junction with U95402 Yarnolds View to its junction with U95400 Hanley Childe.
Reason: To renew existing BT pole in verge side by HSC Worcester Ltd.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U95402 Yarnolds Road, U95400 Hanley Childe, U95403 Timmins Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 9 July 2024.
(C2091 Hanley William, Hanley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of C2091 Hanley William from its junction with U95617 Eastham to its junction with B4204 Broadheath.
Reason: Renewal of BT pole by HSC Worcester Ltd.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2091 Eastham, B4204 Broadheath, B4204 Eastham, U95406 Eastham, C2087 Eastham, C2091 Eastham, and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 11 July 2024.
(U63359 Spring Lane South, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of U63359 Spring Lane South from its junction with U63361 Spring Lane to its junction with U63379 Sandy's Road.
Reason: Footway Reconstruction by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U63379 Sandy's Road, B4208 Townsend Way, A449 Worcester Road, U63361 Spring Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 nights (18:00 - 03:00). Commencing: 8 July 2024.
(A449 Wells Road, Malvern Wells) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of A449 Wells Road from its junction with A4104 Little Malvern to its junction with U63027 Green Lane.
Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A449 Wells Road (part), B4209 Hanley Road, B4208 Blackmore Park Road, B4208 Garret Bank to Danemoor Cross, A4104 Marlbank Road, A4104 Little Malvern, A449 Wells Road (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 7 Days between 29 July 2024and 6 August 2024.
(B4503 Lower Interfields, Leigh Sinton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of B4503 Lower Interfields from its junction with C2237 Lower Howsell Road for a distance of 50 metres in a southerly direction.
Reason: Replacement water main by Amey Plc.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

(U63302 Lower Chase Road, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024 Proposed Order: To close that part of U63302 Lower Chase Road from its junction with U63304 Pound Bank Road to its junction with U63301 Lydes Road.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Westbound Diversion: U63304 Pound Bank Road, U63303 Upper Chase Road, U63300 Upper Chase Road. Eastbound Diversion: U63301 Lydes Road, B4208 Pickersleigh Road, B4211 Barnards Green Road, U63304 Pound Bank Road. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between 29 July 2024 and 16 August 2024.
(B4503 Newtown Road, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of B4503 Newtown Road from its junction with U63524 Hospital Bank to its junction with U63525 Grafton Close.
Reason: New customer connection by Severn Trent New customer connection by Severn Trent
