What is happening?

Section 90c Highways Act 1980 

Proposed Traffic Calming Measures – 

Broad Lane, Bramley

Leeds City Council proposes to implement the above highway improvements and is required under Section 90C of the Highways Act 1980. The proposal includes the provision of a full road width bituminous speed plateau elevated to a maximum height of 100 millimetres above the carriageway at Broad Lane, Bramley; 36m east of its junction with Wellington Grove. If you wish to obtain further details or to object to or make representations concerning the proposals; you should write to Mr M De-Lucchi, City Development, Merrion House, Leeds LS2 8LX or e-mail michael.delucchi@ leeds.gov.uk specifying the grounds on which your objection or representation is made, by no later than 1 August 2024.
