RHODDIR HYSBYSIAD DRWY HYN bod y Cyngor fel yr Awdurdod Priffyrdd ar gyfer Bro Ogwr, wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Adran 14(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), wedi creu Gorchymyn a fydd yn cyflwyno’r cyfyngiadau dros dro a nodir yn yr atodlen isod. Mae’r Gorchymyn yn angenrheidiol am nad yw’r lôn gerbydau yn ddigon llydan i gynnal mynediad i gerbydau yn ystod gwaith draenio ac er budd diogelwch y cyhoedd. Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 15/07/2024 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am uchafswm o 18 mis neu nes bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau, p’un bynnag sydd gynharaf. Rhagwelir y bydd y gwaith arfaethedig yn cael ei wneud o 15/07/2024 i 07/10/2024. Atodlen-Ni fydd unrhyw berson yn achosi i unrhyw gerbyd fynd ymlaen i’r gogledd o 60 Adare Street, Bro Ogwr i’r gyffordd â Coronation Street.Y llwybr amgen ar gyfer cerbydau yw trwy Coronation Street, Dunraven Place, Fronwen Terrace a Cwrt Tŷ Mawr ac i’r gwrthwyneb.Bydd mynediad trwy ardal y cyfyngiad i’r Heddlu a’r Gwasanaethau Tân ac Ambiwlans sy’n ymateb i argyfyngau. Fodd bynnag, bydd y cyfyngiad ond yn berthnasol ar adegau ac i’r graddau a ddangosir o bryd i’w gilydd gan arwyddion traffig a ragnodir gan Reoliadau a Chyfarwyddiadau Cyffredinol Arwyddion Traffig 2016. BRIDGEND COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL (ADARE STREET, OGMORE VALE) TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council as the Highway Authority for Ogmore Vale in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) has made an Order which temporarily introduces the restriction set out in the schedule below. The Order is necessary due to insufficient width of carriageway to maintain vehicular access during drainage works and is in the interest of public safety. The Order will come into force on the 15/07/2024 and will continue in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until such time as the works are completed, whichever is the sooner. It is anticipated the planned works will be undertaken from the 15/07/2024 to 07/10/2024. Schedule-No person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along north of 60 Adare Street, Ogmore Vale to junction with Coronation Street. The alternative route for vehicles is via Coronation Street, Dunraven Place, Fronwen Terrace and Cwrt Ty Mawr and Vice versa. Access will be provided through the restriction for Police, Fire and Ambulance Services responding to emergencies. The restrictions shall however only apply at such time and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
