What is happening?
WANDSWORTH BOROUGH PUBLIC NOTICES
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14
TEMPORARY CLOSURE - RAMSDEN ROAD SW12
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict vehicular movement in Ramsden Road to facilitate Morrisons Utility works.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Ramsden Road at the junction of Balham High Road. There will be no waiting at any time.
3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.
4. Further information may be obtained from the Council's Network Management section - telephone number (020) 8871 6904.
5. The order will come into operation on 19 July 2024 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 23 July 2024.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE -(VARIOUS STREETS, TOOTING) SW17
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict vehicular movement in said roads to facilitate Thames Water Utility works.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no person shall cause any vehicle to enter or exit Tooting High Street & Upper Tooting Road at its junctions with the roads listed in the Schedule to this order. There will be no waiting at any time.
3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.
4. Further information may be obtained from the Council's Network Management section - telephone number (020) 8871 6904.
5. The order will come into operation on 15 July 2024 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 30 March 2025.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE -NORTHCOTE ROAD SW11
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth has made an order to restrict vehicular movement in Northcote Road to facilitate Northcote Road Summer Festival.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Northcote Road from the junction of Battersea Rise to the junction of Broomwood Road and Wakehurst Road from the junction of Webbs Road to the junction of Northcote Road. There will be no waiting at any time.
3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

5. The order will come into operation on 14 July 2024 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 14 July 2024.

PUTNEY BRIDGE ROAD, SW15 Proposed Zebra Crossing
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in pursuance of section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to establish a zebra crossing outside Hurlingham School on Putney Bridge Road. The control area will extend from a point approximately 3 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerb-line of Wadham Road, north-westwards for a distance of approximately 42 metres.
2. Copies of documents giving more detailed particulars of the proposals are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU.
3. Any person wishing to make a comment about the proposals should send a statement in writing to the Director of Environment and Community Services at the address below (quoting the reference W/ECS/TMO/2052) within 21 days of the date of this Notice.
