Proposed Order: To close that part of Phase 1 - C2104 Bourne Road from its junction with U46405 Church Road to its junction with U60406.
Phase 2 - C2104 Bourne Road from its junction with U60406 Baughton Lane for a distance of 482 metres in a northerly direction.

Order made: To close that part of U44420 Greenhill Service Road from its junction with A4184 Greenhill for the entire length. Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A4184 Greenhill and vice versa.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended)
(District of Wychavon - Pershore) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2024 [Prohibition of Waiting on Abbey Road, Pershore] On 20 June 2024
Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following side and length of road in Pershore: -
Abbey Road: From a point 29m, southwest from Newlands/Abbey Road roundabout, for a distance of 23m, in a south westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 11 July 2024.
