What is happening?

Mae Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam yn bwriadu gwneud GORCHYMYN (GWAHARDD TRAFFIG TRWODD) PROS PRO dan Adran 14(1) Peddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1964 a fydd yn weithredol o 17/07/2024 yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag defnyddio'r rtian honno o Stryt Yorke o'i chyffordd gyda D6I yr Eryrod i gyfeiriad y gogledd i'w chyffordd 3'r Stryd Fawr, i gyfeiriad y gogledd am belfter o 64 metr er mwyn galluogi Alun Griffiths i ymgymryd a gwarth ail-balmantu a draeniau.

Bydd y llif traffig i gyfeiriad y gogledd a bydd arwyddion priodol i ddangos hyn.

Bydd y ffordd ar agor i gerddwyr drwy gydol y cyfnod cau.

Mae disgwyl i'r gwaharddiad bara am 14 wythnos, neu lai os bydd y gwafth

wedi'i gwblhau'n gyrrt, ond dim mwy na 18 mis.

Wrexham County Borough Council intends to make a TEMPORARY (PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 effective from 17/07/2024 prohibiting any vehicle from using that length Yorke Street from its junction with Eagles Meadow in a northerly direction to its junction with High street, a northerly direction for a distance of 64 meters to enable Alun Griffiths to undertake repaving and drainage works.

The flow of traffic will be in a northerly direction which will be signposted accordingly. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.

The prohibition is expected to last for 14 weeks, or until completion of the works if earlier, with a maximum duration of 18 months.
