The County of Cornwall (Sithney, Helston) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 1st July 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Helston. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 16th July 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekends included.
Road affected - Sithney, Helston between the property named Marsinney Farm and grid reference SW63878 29234.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Garras. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 31st July 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.
Road affected - Skyburriowe Lane, Garras between the junctions of Gwealeath and Skyburriowe.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 1st July 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Perranporth.
This prohibition is necessary for sewer works and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th July 2024 to 16th July 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2000 and 0400, weekdays only.
Road affected - St Georges Hill, Perranporth between the junctions of Liskey Hill and Tywarnhayle Square.

The County of Cornwall (Highertown, Station Road,
Richmond Hill and Ferris Town, Truro) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic and Stopping) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above order dated 1st July 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Truro. This prohibition is necessary for resurfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 17th July 2024 to 27th July 2024.
Roads subject to prohibition - Highertown between grid reference SW81271 44676 and the junction of Station Road and Station Road, Richmond Hill and Ferris Town for their entire lengths, Truro.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 1st July 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specified on the undermentioned lengths of road in Truro. Where any vehicle is found to be in contravention of this Order it may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and may be removed from site.

Notice is further given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily suspend the existing parking bays order, The County of Cornwall (West Central Cornwall) (On-Street Parking Places and Restrictions on Waiting) (Consolidation) Order 2024 between grid references SW81451 44861, Station Road and SW82075 44834, Richmond Hill, Truro as highlighted by the pink line on the plan attached to this Order.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekends included.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Day. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 31st July 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Trefula, St Day from junction with St Day Road to junction with entrance to Trefula Farm.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Redruth. This prohibition is necessary for footway and kerbing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 29th July 2024 to 23rd August 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Treleigh, Redruth from junction at Bassett Road to junction at A3047 Dual Carriageway Westbound From Treleigh To Jon Davey Drive.
