Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1),45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended)
Effect of the order: To revoke 'Disabled Badge Holders Only' bay on the following lengths of road:

SOUTH EAST SIDE: From a point approximately Avenue, 6.5 metres south west of the boundary of 38 & Loughton 40 Collard Avenue, in a south westerly direction for approximately 1.2 metres.
This Order will be incorporated into 'The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019' by substituting map tiles: TQ445 972, TQ435 960, TQ440 925, TQ450 987, TL470 042 , TQ430 965, TQ440 972, TQ435 960 Revision 0 to Revision 1, TL390 007 Revision 4 to Revision 5, TL455 010, TL455 015 Revision 2 to Revision 3 and TQ420 945 Revision 3 to Revision 4.

(Ladyfields, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Ladyfields, Loughton in Epping Forest District, from its junction with Ladyfields Close to its junction with Borders Lane for a distance of approximately 85m.
2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' in the above length of road for the duration of the closure (outside of permit parking hours) only.
"The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The closure/restriction is scheduled to commence on 29th July 2024 for 16 days, or where stated on a valid permit (YN11233023-WAL-RC-WK31 - Waldon Telecoms). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure/restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while antenna removal works are undertaken by Waldon Telecoms.
An alternative route is available via Borders Lane, Rectory Lane, Chigwell Lane, Colson Road, Ladyfields and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 11th July 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Moreton Road From Bovinger To Pedlars End Zu20706 Zu20719, Bobbingworth) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Moreton Road From Bovinger To Pedlars End, Bobbingworth in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 320m south west of its junction with North Chase for a distance of approximately 145m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st August 2024 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS535668 -Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole test works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Pedlars End, Moreton Bridge, Gainsthorpe Road, Hobbans Farm Road, Moreton Road From Bovinger To Pedlars End and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 11th July 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(School Road, Stanford Rivers) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of School Road, Stanford Rivers in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Epping Road for a distance of approximately 75m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31st July 2024 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX06023693/AP -Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water. An alternative route is available via School Road, Church Road, London Road, Romford Road, Stanford Rivers Road, Coopers Hill, The Borough, Greensted Road, Toot Hill Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 11th July 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Various Roads, Epping Forest) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) (Streetworks No.3) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
To temporarily close those lengths of roads in the District of Epping
Forest, as detailed in the Schedule.
The works are scheduled to commence after 11th July 2024, as
stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these
works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on
one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and
then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for
emergency services. Diversion route will be signed at each location
and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/
leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the roads.
The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce
while gas replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.
The Order will come into effect on 11th July 2024 and may continue
in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed,
whichever is the earlier.

(London Road, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of London Road, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from a point approximately 190m south of its junction with Kennels Lane for a distance of approximately 20m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th July 2024 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX04410220854 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while sluice valve repair works are undertaken by Affinity Water.
An alternative route is available via London Road, First Avenue, A414 Between Southern Town Boundary And Harlow Mill Roundabout, Church Langley Way, London Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 27th June 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Mill Lane, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mill Lane, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from its junction with Churchgate Street for a distance of approximately 60m in a easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th July 2024 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX04410234862 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while stop tap and boundary box installation works are undertaken by Affinity Water. An alternative route is available via Churchgate Street, Sheering Road, Cobbins Way, Mill Lane and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 27th June 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Tylers Road, Roydon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tylers Road, Roydon in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Reeves Lane for a distance of approximately 1020m in a south easterly then north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th July 2024 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2345831- Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Tylers Road, Hamlet Hill, Sedge Green, Pecks Hill, North Street, Middle Street, Nazeing Common, Common Road, Epping Road, Epping Road Roundabout and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 27th June 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
