Proposed Development Affecting Conservation Areas and/or Listed Buildings

24/00421/FUL - Timber garden room - retrospective at 2 Ashley Road Newmarket

24/00475/FUL & 24/00476/LBC - Renovation of existing outbuilding, new door, and reusing existing doors and moving its position at 38 High Street Wilburton

24/00633/LBC - Alterations to existing buildings, minor amendments to previously approved 23/01314/LBC at 30 Hall Street Soham

Where a “householder” application is refused, there will be no further opportunity to make comments on an appeal.

However your original comments will be submitted to the Secretary of State.

“Householder development” means development of an existing dwelling house, or development within the curtilage of such a dwelling house for any purpose incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling house.

If you do not have access to a computer at home, you are able to use the public computers at the Council Offices during normal office hours. Alternatively, an appointment can be made to view the working file by contacting the Support Team on 01353 665555. Anyone who wishes to make representations about an application should do so in writing to the above mentioned Council, within 10 working days of the date of the notice. You should be aware that any comments and information (excluding names, signatures and telephone numbers, which will be redacted) will be available over the internet.
