(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
(BANK HOUSE LANE, LUDDENDEN)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Northern Gas Networks have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Bank House Lane from its junction with Dean House Lane to 1 Jowler for a distance of approximately 435 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via Booth Hill, Dean House Lane, New Road, High Street, Stocks Lane, Mount Tabor Road, Wainstalls Lane, unaffected part of Bank House Lane and vice versa. Access will be maintained for residents. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 8th July 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 9th August 2024. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
(BOOTH HILL, LUDDENDEN)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Northern Gas Networks have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Booth Hill from its junction with Bank House Lane to 17 Booth Hill for a distance of approximately 160 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via unaffected part of Booth Hill, Dean House Lane, New Road, High Street, Stocks Lane, Mount Tabor Road, Wainstalls Lane, Bank House Lane and vice versa.Access will be maintained for residents. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 8th July 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 9th August 2024. (OLD LINDLEY ROAD, OUTLANE)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Rapid Response Telecoms have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Old Lindley Road from Croft House Farm to Moorside Cottage for a distance of approximately 395 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Lindley Moor Road, New Hey Road, Swan Lane, New Road and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 8th July 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 19th July 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 17:00
(VICTORIA AVENUE, ELLAND)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Northern Gas Networks have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Victoria Avenue from No. 55 to No. 63 for a distance of approximately 40 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. No alternative route available. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 8th July 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 2nd August 2024. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
(FREE SCHOOL LANE/HEATH ROAD, HALIFAX)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Free School Lane/Heath Road from its junction with A629 Skircoat Road to junction of Free School Lane/ Heath Road for a distance of approximately 330 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Skircoat Road, Portland Place, Fountain Street, Cow Green, Broad Street, Orange Street, Burdock Way, King Cross Street, Aachen Way, Skircoat Moor Road, Free School Lane and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 9th July 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 19th July 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 09:30 & 17:00.
(RED BRINK LANE, SOWERBY)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Red Brink Lane from Well Head Lane for a distance of approximately 45 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Well Head Lane, Hubberton Green Road, Plain Lane, Thunderton Lane, Toot Hill Lane, unaffected part of Red Brink Lane. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 10th July 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 10th July 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 17:00.
(HUDSON STREET, TODMORDEN)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Hudson Street from its junction with Burnley Road for a distance of approximately 33 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. No alternative route available. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 12th July 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 12th July 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 17:00.
(BROW BOTTOM LANE, MIXENDEN)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Blade Traffic Management Ltd intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Brow Bottom Lane from its junction with Clough Lane to the blocks closing Brow Bottom Lane for a distance of approximately 140 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. No alternative route available. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 22nd July 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 26th July 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 16:00.
(LAW LANE, SOUTHOWRAM)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Northern Gas Networks intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Law Lane from its junction with Miners Way to Cain Lane for a distance of approximately 70 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via Cain Lane, Church Lane, Brookfoot Lane, Elland Road, Halifax Road, Brighouse Road, Leeds Road, Godley Lane, Godley Branch Road, Beacon Hill Road, Bank Top, unaffected part of Law Lane. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 22nd July 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 9th August 2024. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
(SOYLAND TOWN ROAD, RIPPONDEN)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Soyland Town Road from opposite access to Making Place Bungalow to opposite access to Making Place Cottages for a distance of approximately 20 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Lane Head Road, Hob Lane, Cross Wells Road, Royd Lane, Stony Lane, unaffected part of Soyland Town Road and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 22nd July 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 23rd July 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 20:00 & 06:00.
(STAINLAND ROAD, ELLAND)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Stainland Road from its junction with Town Ings Way to Forresters for a distance of approximately 20 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Bowling Green Road, High Street, Beestonley Lane, Branch Road, Saddleworth Road, Stainland Road and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 22nd July 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 23rd July 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 19:00 & 06:00.
(THORNES PARK FOOTPATH 2, BRIGHOUSE)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Linbrooke Services Ltd intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Thornes Park Footpath 2 between No’s 48-52 and No’s 54-58 for a distance of approximately 4 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to persons carrying out works on or near the footpath. For alternative route follow diversion on site. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 23rd July 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 6 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 5th August 2024. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
(HIGHFIELD AVENUE, GREETLAND)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Highfield Avenue from outside 24 School Street to outside 22 School Street for a distance of approximately 10 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. No alternative route available. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 25th July 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 26th July 2024. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
(MOUNT PELLON, HALIFAX)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Future Network Solutions intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Mount Pellon from its junction with Church Lane to Stretchgate Lane for a distance of approximately 55 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Pellon New Road, Pellon Lane, unaffected part of Mount Pellon. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 25th July 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 25th July 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 17:00.
(THORNHILL ROAD, RASTRICK)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Linbrooke Services Ltd intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Thornhill Road from No. 84 to Longroyde Road for a distance of approximately 140 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via Longroyde Road, Close Lea, Ridge View and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 27h July 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 5th August 2024. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
