Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that on 26th June 2024 Cambridgeshire County Council made the above-named Order under the powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and the Traffic Management Act 2004 (as amended). The effect of this Order will be to Introduce a 30mph
Speed Limit on Station Road, Wisbech St Mary from its junction with High Road in a north westerly direction to its junction with Station Drive, on Bevis Lane, Wisbech St Mary from its junction with High Road/Barton Road in a southerly direction for a distance of 33 metres, on High Road, Wisbech St Mary from a point 67m northeast of its junction with The Jetty in a north easterly and easterly direction to its junction with Bevis Lane and on Barton Road, Wisbech from its junction with Bevis Lane in an easterly direction for a distance of 144m.
A copy of the above Order, which comes into operation on the 4th July 2024 together with plans showing the effects of the Order and a Statement of the Reason for making the Order, may be inspected online at https://shorturl.at/cjnIO or copies requested by emailing policyandregulation@cambridgeshire.gov.uk Any person desiring to question the validity of the above named Order or any provision contained therein on the ground that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with may do so by application to the High Court within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made.
