West Street - Temporary Closure To Replace A Pole On Behalf Of Openreach

Parishes of Yarlington and North Cadbury Temporary Closure of West Street
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along West Street - from the junction with Stoke Lane to West Street to the junction with Dodinalls House Road. A total distance of 487 metres.
This Order will enable Utility Services Ltd to replace a pole on behalf of Openreach.
The Order becomes effective on 4th July 2024 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 9th July 2024 and last until 10th July 2024 between the hours of 08:00 - 17:00 for a total of 2 days.
