C344 Paddock Lane - Temporary Road Closure

C344 PADDOCK LANE PONTELAND
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the C344 Paddock Lane Ponteland from its junction with C345 heading west for a length of 430 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 15th July 2024 until the 17th July 2024.
It is expected that the road will only be closed on the 15th July 2024 between the hours of 09:30 until 15:30 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 17th July 2024.
The alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via the C345, C347, A696, B6309, C343, C44 and vice-versa.

The closure has been requested by Sunbelt Rentals Ltd on behalf of Openreach for a pole test. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.
