C37 HETTON HOUSE JUNCTION TO BILL LAW JUNCTION CHATTON
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the C37 Hetton House Junction To Bill Law Junction Chatton from its junction with B6349 heading in a northerly direction for a length of 1831 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 29th July 2024 until the 7th August 2024.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 29th July 2024 until the 31st July 2024 between 09:00 hours until 17:00 hours during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 7th August 2024.
The alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via the B6349, C18, U1051, C37 and vice-versa.

The closure has been requested by Go Fibre to carry out mole ploughing for the installation of fibre cabling. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.
