What is happening?
North Yorkshire Council, Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking, Consolidation Order 2011, , Amendment No Tbc, Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that The North Yorkshire Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act & under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be to amend “North Yorkshire Council (Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking) (District of Scarborough ) Consolidation Order 2011” by introducing the restrictions specified below:- Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking Scarborough, 10 Hinderwell Road, South side from a point 64 metres west of its junction with the A64 Seamer Road to a point 71 metres west of its junction with the A64 Seamer Road - Disabled parking bay. A copy of the draft Order, together with a map showing the roads affected & a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at County Hall, Northallerton & at Scarborough Library & Information Centre, Vernon Road, Scarborough, YO11 2NN during normal office hours from 04/07/24 until 26/07/24 & also viewed online at

Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking, Order 2007, 70 Grange Avenue, Filey, Amendment No TBC, Order TBC Notice is hereby given that The North Yorkshire Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) &35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act & under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be to amend “North Yorkshire Council (Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking) (District of Scarborough) Consolidation Order 2007” by introducing the restrictions specified in the table below:- Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking Filey, 70 Grange Avenue, South side from a point 73 metres from the junction of Clarence Drive to a point 80 metres from the junction of Clarence Drive - Disabled Parking Bay. A copy of the draft Order, together with a map showing the roads affected & a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at County Hall, Northallerton & at Filey Library, Station Avenue, Filey, YO14 9AE during normal office hours from 04/07/24 until 26/07/24 & also viewed online at www.northyorks.gov.uk/roadworks-map or
