(ON STREET PARKING PLACES) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO 59) (VARIOUS STREETS, GILBERDYKE, GOOLE, HOOK, HOWDEN AND BUBWITH) ORDER 2024
1. East Riding of Yorkshire Council proposes to make a Road Traffic Regulation Order to amend The East Riding of Yorkshire Council (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement) (Consolidation) Order 2021 the effect of which will be:
(a) To introduce no waiting at any time restrictions and no loading at any time restrictions on
Clayfield Close and Garth Lane, Hook.
(b) To amend the existing time restrictions on the mandatory School Keep Clear restrictions (No Stopping Monday to Friday, 8.15am to 9.15am and 3.15pm to 4.15pm) to School Keep Clear No Stopping Monday to Friday, 8.15am to 9.15am and 2.45pm to 3.45pm on Garth Lane, Hook.
(c) To change the times of the existing mandatory School Keep Clear restrictions from no stopping Monday to Friday, 8.15am to 9.15am and 3.15pm to 4.15pm to no stopping Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 9.30am and 3.00pm to 4.00pm on Scalby Lane, Gilberdyke.
(d) To change the existing advisory School Keep Clear markings to mandatory School Keep Clear restrictions (No Stopping Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 9.00pm and 2.00pm to 3.00pm) on Centenary Road, Goole.
(e) To change the existing no waiting Monday to Friday, 8.15am to 4.15pm restriction to no waiting restrictions Monday to Friday, 8.15am to 3.45pm on Hailgate, Howden.
(f) To change the existing no waiting Monday to Friday, 8.15am to 9.15am and 3.15pm to 4.15pm restrictions to no waiting restrictions Monday to Friday, 8.15am to 9.15am and 2.45pm to 3.45pm on Hailgate, Howden.
(g) To amend the existing restrictions on the mandatory School Keep Clear restrictions (No Stopping Monday to Friday, 8.15am to 9.15am and 3.15pm to 4.15pm) to School Keep Clear No Stopping Monday to Friday, 8.15am to 9.15am and 2.45pm to 3.45pm on Hailgate, Howden.
(h) To change the existing advisory School Keep Clear markings to mandatory School Keep Clear restrictions (No stopping Monday to Friday, 8.15am and 9.15am and 3.00pm to 4.00pm) on Church Street, Bubwith.
The proposed changes are shown on Plan Tile References DX38A, ER69A, ES68A, EU48A, FD50, FG44, FG45A which are attached to the proposed Order. Annotated illustrative drawings are also available for inspection with references TP100/1200/04, TP100/1200/09, TP100/1200/22, TP100/1200/23A and TP100/1200/41 which show for ease of reference the proposed amendments.
If the Order becomes operative Plan Tile References DX38A, ER69A, ES68A, EU48A, FD50, FG44, FG45A will be incorporated into The East Riding of Yorkshire Council (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement) (Consolidation) Order 2021.
2. A copy of the draft Order, annotated illustrative drawings and a statement of the council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order are available for inspection at Goole Customer Service Centre, Council Offices, Church Street, Goole, DN14 5BG and Howden Customer Service Centre, 69 Hailgate, Howden, DN14 7SX. A copy of the street notice and annotated illustrative drawings have been placed on the council’s website (East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Traffic Management and Road Safety).
