(WOOD LANE, HANGING HEATON, BATLEY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (NO 2) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Wood Lane, Hanging Heaton from a point outside property no. 11 Wood Lane to its junction with Commonside PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Wood Lane, Mill Lane, Commonside and vice versa. It is intended that the closure will operate on Thursday 25 July 2024 between the hours of 09:30 to 13:30 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)
(LATHAM LANE, GOMERSAL, CLECKHEATON)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Latham Lane, Gomersal from a point approximately 20 metres from the junction of West Lane to a point approximately 10 metres from 14 Latham Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Latham Lane, West Lane, Oxford Road, Grove Lane, Latham Lane. It is intended that the closure will commence on Wednesday 24 July 2024 and will remain in force until 26 July 2024 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Fall Lane, Scout Hill from its junction with Huddersfield Road to its junction with Fearnley Street PROVIDED THAT suchprohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Temple Road, Heckmondwike Road, High Street, Halifax Road, Dewsbury Ring Road, Webster Hill, Aldams Road, Wilton Street, Savile Road, Thornhill Road, Fall Lane It is intended that the closure will commence on Tuesday 23 July 2024 and will remain in force until 13 August 2024 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Broad Street, Scout Hill from its junction with Huddersfield Road to a point to the side of property no. 1 Broad Street PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Burgh Mill Lane, Dewsbury Moor from its junction with Heckmondwike Road to a point to the side of property no. 2 Crow Nest View PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Cemetery Road, Westtown from its junction with Heckmondwike Road to approximately a point 15 metres from its junction with Temple Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Heckmondwike Road, Dewsbury Moor from its junction with Temple Road to a point at the rear of property no.32 Crow Nest View PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (NO. 2) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the following lengths of road in Batley: White Lee Road - from its junction with Leeds Old Road to its junction with Batley Road Carlinghow Lane - from its junction with White Lee Road to its junction with Brighton Close PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via the following routes:- White Lee Road - via White Lee Road, Leeds Road, Frost Hill, Flush, Westgate, High Street, Batley Road and vice versa; Carlinghow Lane - via White Lee Road, Huddersfield Road, Bradford Road, Stocks Lane, Blakeridge Lane, Cross Bank Road, Carlinghow Lane and vice versa. It is intended that the closure will commence on Saturday, 6th July 2024 and remain in force until 14th July 2024 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(MOUNT STREET, BATLEY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Mount Street, Batley from its junction with Warwick Road to its junction with Cross Rink Street PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Warwick Road, Rink Street, Cross Rink Street and vice versa. It is intended that the closure will commence on Wednesday, 10th July 2024 and remain in force until 11th July 2024 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(ROUSE MILL LANE, BATLEY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Rouse Mill Lane, Batley from its junction with Spurr Street to its junction with Back Station Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via the following routes:Diversion 1 - via Rouse Mill Lane, Grange Road, Challenge Way, Leeds Road, Soothill Lane; Diversion 2 - via Rouse Mill Lane, Bradford Road, Sation Road, Soothill Lane, Leeds Road, Challenge Way, Grange Road. It is intended that the closure will commence at 22:00 hours on Monday, 8th July 2024 and remain in force until 06:00 hours on 9th July 2024 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(SPURR STREET, BATLEY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Spurr Street, Batley from its junction with Back Station Road to its junction with Rouse Mill Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Back Station Road, Rouse Mill Lane. It is intended that the closure will commence at 22:00 hours on Tuesday, 9th July 2024 and remain in force until 06:00 hours on 10th July 2024 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
