EAST AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(A713, Patna) (Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2024
On 2nd July 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow Abnormal loads to be delivered to Wind Farm.

Location 1:
A713 - Northbound carriageway from Nursery Cottage, 17 Ayr Road,Patna For 102m to junction at Downieston Farm
A713 - Northbound carriageway from Downieston Farm entrance for 44m to alternative entrance to Downieston Farm. Location 2:
A713 - Southbound carriageway from 9 Ayr Road, Patna for 120m to juction with Hillside
A713 - Southbound carriageway from Hillside Junction for 84m to 7 Doonview Terrace .
The Order commences on 24 July 2024 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 24 July 2024 at 00:01 with the restrictions remaining in place until 17 October 2024 at 23:59. Days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
SOUTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(Drumellan Road, Ayr - Alloway) (Temporary Road Closure & Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2024
On 27th June 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow Scottish Power works
Road Closure – Drumellan Road From 12 to 18 Drumellan Road.
No Waiting At Any Time – Drumellan Road From 12 to 18 Drumellan Road both sides of road
The works are expected to commence from 24 July 2024 at 08:00 until 06 August 2024 at 17:00.The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order restrictions will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Emergency Services access will not be affected and access for residents, deliveries and pedestrians’ out-with the working zone will be maintained when safe to do so.
An alternative route via Kersepark - Merkland Road - Link Road (Merkland Road/Drumellan Road)
SOUTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(Carrick Street ,Welltrees Street,Whitehall, Maybole) (Temporary Road Closure & Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2024
On 27th June 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow Scottish Power Works
Road Closure – Welltrees Street
Closed from junction Whitehall for approx. 30m.
No Waiting At Any Time – Carrick Street, Whitehall Whitehall - parking suspended from No.94 to no.24 (both sides approx. 150m).
Carrick Street - parking suspended from No.10 to junction Whitehall (both sides approx. 50m).
The Order commences on 22 July 2024 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 22 July 2024 at 07:00 until 02 August 2024 at 23:59.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order restrictions will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Access for Emergency Services, residents and deliveries will be maintained via diversion route.
An alternative route for Dailly Road > Miller Terrace > Coral Glen > Whitehall & Vice Versa.
SOUTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(Green Street, Ayr - Newton On Ayr) (Temporary Road Closure & Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2024
On 27th June 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow Carriageway Resurfacing Temporary Road Closure – Green Street, Ayr - Newton On Ayr, Green Street from the junction of Waggon Road to the junction of Crown Street. (Weekend working only 20th/21st July, 27th/28th July & 3rd/4th Aug).
No Waiting At Any Time - Green Street, Ayr - Newton On Ayr, Green Street from the junction of Waggon Road to the junction of Crown Street.
Parking restrictions will apply during working hours.
(Weekend working only 20th/21st July, 27th/28th July & 3rd/4th Aug)
The Order commences on 20 July 2024 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 20 July 2024 at 08:00 until 04 August 2024 at 17:00
The road is expected to be closed on Saturdays and Sundays only from 08:00 on the Saturday to 17:00 on Sunday each week with the road being open out-with these times.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Emergency Services access will not be affected and access for residents, deliveries and pedestrians’ out-with the working zone will be maintained whenever possible and safe to do so.
An alternative route will be signed via Waggon Road turning right onto New Street to its junction with Crown Street turning right and return.
