The County of Cornwall (Road From Pencarrow To Tresinney, Camelford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 1st July 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Camelford. This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 17th July 2024, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From Pencarrow To Tresinney, Camelford between grid reference SX 10565 82140 and properties known as Tresinney Cottages.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bugle. This prohibition is necessary for installation of statutory fibre network and it is expected that the closure will be from 29th July 2024 to 9th August 2024.

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Road affected - Road From Newgate To Conce, Bugle for its entire length.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 1st July 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Bodmin. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 16th July 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.

Roads affected - Road From Trewint Hill To Whitecross, Road From Tregenna Road To Trewint Hill, Bodmin between grid references SX 10700:72417 and SX 10673:72591.

This prohibition is necessary for ducting and gully sucking works and it is expected that the closure will be from 29th July 2024 to 9th August 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Road affected - Road From Rylands To Higher Lank, Bodmin between the junctions of Hill Close and Mill Lane.

This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 17th July 2024 to 19th July 2024. (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic and Stopping) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Austell. This prohibition is necessary for workd to repair carriageway surface and it is expected that the closure will be from 29th July 2024 to 3rd August 2024.

Road subject to prohibition - Trenowah Road, St Austell for its entire length.

Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specified on the undermentioned length of road in St Austell. Where any vehicle is found to be in contravention of the Order it may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and may be removed from site.

Road subject to stopping prohibition - Trenowah Road, St Austell for its entire length.

The prohibitions will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekends included.

This prohibition is necessary for fibre connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th July 2024 to 19th July 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From Roundabout On A3076 At Mitchell To Trevessa Farm House, Road From Junction South East Of Trevessa Cottage To Higher Penscawn, Pencorse Lane From Penscawn Farm To Beacon Road, Summercourt for its entire length.
