What is happening?

TRAFFIC ORDER

On 01/07/2024 the Council made The Angus Council (Carnoustie Gala Day and Parade) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving and Waiting) Order 2024 under section 62 of the Roads (Scotland) 1984 for the purpose of minimising danger to the public attending or participating in the Carnoustie Gala Day and Parade. The effect of the Order will be (i) a ‘Rolling’ road closure under the control of a police officer in uniform on Victoria Street, Dundee Street, High Street, Church Street, Carlogie Road, Newton Road and Queen Street,

Carnoustie on 06/07/2024 between 1.00pm and

2.00pm and (ii) prohibition of waiting at Victoria Street, Dundee Street Newton Road and Queen Street, Carnoustie on 06/07/2024 between 6.00am and 6.00pm.
