MANCHESTER CITY COUNCIL TEMPORARY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 (AS AMENDED)
Notice is hereby given that the City Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make the following Temporary Road Traffic Order(s):
ORDER NO. MCC000139336608 : The City of Manchester (Brown Street Chancery Lane & Booth Street, Deansgate Ward)(Temporary No waiting and No Loading) Order 2024 under s14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is to restrict vehicular traffic from Chancery Lane to Booth Street, on Chancery Lane from Brown Street to Booth Street and on Booth Street from Chancery Place to Brown Street. The City Council is satisfied that this restriction is necessary in order to facilitate a mewp for facade and window repairs. It is expected that the works will be in progress from 17th July 2024 to 9th December 2024. The order shall come into operation on 17th July 2024 and may remain in force for a maximum period of eighteen months. If the restriction ends within a shorter period, the Order shall cease to have effect at the end of that shorter period. Kevin Gillham.
