What is happening?

[A77 Ayr Road, Newton Meams/Giffnock] (30mph Speed Limit) Order 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENTHAT on 24 June 2024 in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act") and of all other enabling powers, The East Renfrewshire Council made the above named Order which will come into operation on 1 August 2024.

The effect of the Order is as described in the relevant Public Notice of the proposal previously published in the Glasgow Evening Times on 25 January 2024.

A copy of the Order together with the relevant map can be viewed online within the East Renfrewshire Councils Traffic Notices section on the 'Tell Me Scotland' website www.tellmescotland.gov.uk, or alternatively at the following address: at East Renfrewshire Council Headquarters, Eastwood Park, Rouken Glen Road, Giffnock, G46 6UG.
