NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order in accordance with the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 S.14 because of works on or near the road. ROADS TO BE CLOSED: those parts of the following roads:

1) Mercury Lane, East Meon, East Hampshire between its junction with ?roxford Road and its junction with Clanfield Road

2) Kingsmead, Wickham, Winchester between its junction with Bishops Wood Road and its junction with a point approximately 200m in a south westerly direction

3) Fry's Lane, Yateley, Hart between its junction with Plough Road and its junction with Frys Lane

4) Popley way footpath and subway, Basingstoke between its junction with the subway's south entrance and its junction with to the subway's north entrance

5) Dickens Estate cycleway, New Forest between its junction with Radleigh Gardens (Spur) and its junction with a point 40m north of Radleigh Gardens (Spur)

6) Hensting Lane, Winchester between its junction with Property 'The Meadows' and its junction with Kennel Farm

Excluding notices 4&5 which will be in force for a period of 6 months (This is the duration of the Order, not the works, which will vary according to technical requirements. Closure times and patterns will be indicated on site prior to and whilst the works are in progress.) Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the work is being carried out.
