Gorchymyn Rheoleiddio Traffig Dros Dro 2024

HYSBYSIR DRWY HYN ar 2il Ionawr 2024 gwnaeth CYNGOR SIR FYNWY Gorchymyn o dan A14 (1) (b) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, a ddaeth i rym ar 8fed Ionawr 2024. Mae’r gorchymyn wedi parhau mewn grym a byddai’n dod i ben fel arall ar 8fed Gorffennaf 2024 pe na bai’r cyfarwyddyd ar gyfer estyniad wedi’i roi.

Mae’r Gorchymyn wedi’i ymestyn ymhellach o dan awdurdod y Dirprwy Weinidog dros Newid yn yr Hinsawdd, gan weithredu o dan awdurdod y Gweinidog dros Newid yn yr Hinsawdd, un o Weinidogion Cymru, tan a gan gynnwys 8fed Ionawr 2025 o dan Adran 15 (5) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991).

Effaith y Gorchymyn oedd cau’r llwybrau troed dros dro fel y nodir uchod ac fel y nodir ar gynllun y gorchymyn. Gwnaed y gorchymyn a’r estyniad i’r gorchymyn oherwydd y tebygolrwydd o berygl i’r cyhoedd.

Yn sgil Adran 16(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffordd 1984 bydd person sy’n torri cyfyngiad neu waharddiad a osodir dan Adran 14 y Ddeddf yn euog o drosedd.
