Devon County Council propose to make these under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984:

Devon County Council (A361, North Devon Link Road) (No Right Turns) Order to introduce NO RIGHT TURN: from A361 North Devon Link Road to Road south of Leary Cross, West Buckland; from A361 North Devon Link Road to Road from North Devon Link Road to Heddon Cross, Swimbridge; from Road south of Leary Cross, West Buckland to A361 North Devon Link Road; from Road from North Devon Link Road to Heddon Cross, Swimbridge to A361 North Devon Link Road; from A361 North Devon Link Road to Road from South Lee Cross to Hacche Bridge, North Molton (Hacche Lane); from Road from South Lee Cross to Hacche Bridge, North Molton (Hacche Lane) to A361 North Devon Link Road;

Devon County Council (A361 & A39) (40mph & Derestriction) Order to introduce in BARNSTAPLE: speed derestriction on specified lengths of A361 Barnstaple By Pass, A361 Barnstaple Western By Pass, A361 North Devon Link Road, A39 Barnstaple By Pass & A39 Road from Eastern Avenue to Portmore Roundabout;

40mph speed limit on specified lengths of; A361 Barnstaple By Pass & B3138 Bishops Tawton Road & A377 Road from Woodstrait to Tithe Barn Court Farm; LANDKEY:

speed derestriction on specified lengths of A361 North Devon Link Road & Road from Blakes Hill Road to North Devon Link Road; SOUTH MOLTON: speed derestriction on specified lengths of A361 North Devon Link Road, A399 Road from Nadrid Cross to Aller Cross, B3226 Barnstaple Road, B3277 Road from Bish Mill Roundabout to Mole Bridge, Road from Drewstone Bridge Cross to Bishmill Gate, Road from Oakford Cross to Borners Bridge, Station Road; TIVERTON: speed derestriction on specified lengths of A3126 Bolham Road, A361 North Devon Link Road, A396 Road from Bolham Primary School to Petroc Mid Devon Campus. For ease of reference existing restrictions are in the draft order.

Also under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, it is proposed to install a Puffin Crossing on A361 Barnstaple By Pass, Barnstaple at 30 metres west of Bishops Tawton Roundabout. Objections & other comments specifying the proposal & the grounds on which they are made must be in writing to the address below or via devon.cc/tro to arrive by 25 July 2024.
