Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Speed Restriction Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 1st July 2024 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary speed restriction of lOMPH over an area of highway being A388 Between Junction North West Of Monks Hill To Penpill, Treburley, Launceston between grid reference SX 34831 77775 and Treburley Garage for approximately 84 metres. The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because pedestrian improvement works are being executed on or near the road.
The Order will come into operation on 17th July 2024 and the works are expected to be completed by the 19th July 2024. The restriction will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800 on a daily basis, weekdays only.

Crosstown, Morwenstow, Bude
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Morwenstow, Bude. This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 1st August 2024 to 2nd August 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1630, weekdays only.
Road affected - Crosstown, Morwenstow, Bude between grid references SS 20882 15104 and SS 20988 15093.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 1st July 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Jacobstow, Bude. This prohibition is necessary for pole and overhead cabling replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th July 2024 to 17th July 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Edgar Road To Eden Road, Jacobstow, Bude between properties known as Tayharr and Treventon.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 1st July 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Altarnun, Launceston. This prohibition is necessary for pole testing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 17th July 2024, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 1st July 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Flexbury, Bude. This prohibition is necessary for repair works to burst corn-pipe and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th July 2024 to 19th July 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Summerleaze Avenue To Flexbury Avenue, Flexbury, Bude between the rear of property numbers 43 and 37.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Marhamchurch, Bude. This prohibition is necessary for sewer and water connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 29th July 2024 to 9th August 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Roads affected - Footpath No 6, Parish of Marhamchurch between property known as Casa Bella and the junction of Helebridge Road and Helebridge Road, Marhamchurch, Bude between properties known as South Park and Verona.
