HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y diwygiwyd), wedi gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd ar gael i’w wahardd cerddwyr ar hyd:
Pont droed Moriah Hill oddi ar Rifleman Street, Rhisga, a phont droed oddi ar Rifleman Street, Rhisga. Dymar’r llwybrau amgen i gerddwyr:
Cau pont droed Pont droed Moriah Hill Llwybr amgen Moriah Hill, Mount Pleasant Road, Gelli Avenue, Park Road, Moriah Hill
Cau pont droed Pont droed oddi ar Rifleman Street Llwybr amgen Church Road, Rifleman Street
Bydd y gorchymyn dros dro yn weithredol o 1 Gorffennaf 2024 tan 15 Gorffennaf 2024 ar gyfer y gwaith. Disgwylir yn weithredol y bydd y gwaith adeiladu yn cael ei gwblhau erbyn 20 Medi 2024 a bod y pont droed oddi ar Rifleman Street gael ei ddymchwel erbyn 12 Medi 2024.

FOOTBRIDGE MORIAH HILL, RISCA AND FOOTBRIDGE RIFLEMAN STREET, RISCA TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS ORDER 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) has made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit pedestrians from proceeding along:
Moriah Hill Footbridge off Rifleman Street, Risca and Footbridge off Rifleman Street, Risca.
The alternative routes for pedestrians will be
Footbridge Closure Moriah Hill footbridge Diversion Route Moriah Hill, Mount Pleasant Road, Gelli Avenue, Park Road, Moriah Hill
Footbridge Closure Footbridge off Rifleman Street Diversion Route Church Road, Rifleman Street
The temporary order will be effective from 1st July 2024 to 15th July 2024 to carry out the works. It is anticipated that the works will be completed by 20th September 2024 and the bridge off Rifleman Street works will be demolished by 12th September 2024.
The closure is required by Core Highways.
The reason for making the Order is to allow for bridge refurbishment.
