C52M – TEMPORARY
ROAD CLOSURE
(EXTENSION)
“The Aberdeenshire Council (C52M Montgarrie, Alford – 31.05.24) (Temporary Closure to Vehicular Traffic) (Extension) Order, 2024” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
The order will operate from 21/06/24 for 4 months and will prohibit any person from driving on the C52M Montgarrie, Alford at the C052M/21 Montgarrie Bridge.
The temporary extension is necessary in the interests of public safety due to structural failure of a culvert to the north of Montgarrie Bridge. An alternative route is available via the C52M Montgarrie – C123M Montgarrie – C123M Alford – A944 Alford – Donside Road – Montgarrie Road – C52M Montgarrie and vice versa.
