ARGYLL AND BUTE COUNCIL (SINCLAIR STREET, HELENSBURGH) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITON OF WAITING) ORDER 2024

On Thursday the 20th of June 2024, Argyll and Bute Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which will make it unlawful for any person to cause or permit any vehicle to wait at any time on the lengths of road specified in the Schedule below.

SCHEDULE - PROHIBITION OF WAITING AT ANY TIME

Length of Road within Helensburgh

Sinclair Street

1. From its junction with West Princess Street in a northerly direction for a distance of 35 metres or thereby.

Side of road to which restriction applies - West

Exceptions will apply to a vehicle being used in an emergency for fire brigade, ambulance, police or coastguard purposes. The restrictions imposed by this Order which are required to help facilitate the works required on or near the road and will be effective when indicated by signs from 0001 hours on the Eleventh of July 2024 to 2359 hours on the Nineteenth of July 2024.
