Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
D5124 CASTLE CLOSE, HENLEY IN ARDEN
Order Effect: Road closed in its entirety from its junction with Arden Road. Reason for Order: Footway reconstruction works, closed 09.00hrs-15.30hrs, weekdays only. Order Commences: 24 June 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 12 July 2024. Access & Diversion: No suitable diversion. Access/Egress to be maintained where possible to businesses and residents only. Contractor: Balfour Beatty, Tel: 03452 415 302.
WELLINGTON ROAD, BIDFORD ON AVON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic, from a point 70 metres from the roundabout to outside Forma Moulds. Reason for Order: For minor excavation works and to enable HIAB to land new telecoms pole, 20.00hrs-06.00hrs. Order Commences: 24 June 2024 for up to 18 months. Anticipated Completion: 29 June 2024. Access & Diversion: No diversion available. Contractor: Mitie Group, Tel: 07751 931 203.
Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
A429 FOSSE WAY, TREDINGTON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic overnight between A3400 Shipston Road/Stratford Road Roundabout to Blackwell Road. In addition, a temporary 40mph speed restriction will be imposed the road is open daily.
Reason for Order: Carriageway resurfacing and associated works, 20.00hrs-06.00hrs week nights only. Order Commences: 8 July 2024 for up to 18 months. Anticipated Completion: 17 July 2024. Access & Diversion: A429, A44, A3400 and vice versa. Contractor: Balfour Beatty, Tel: 03452 415 302.
ADMINGTON ROAD, QUINTON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic. Reason for Order: To enable works for installation of a new water connection. Order Commences: 8 July 2024 for up to 18 months. Anticipated Completion: 11 July 2024. Access & Diversion: Meon Hill, Colemans Hill, Clopton Lane, Granbrook Lane, Stratford Road, Campden Road, Main Street, Back Lane and vice versa. BARTON ROAD, WELFORD ON AVON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic. Reason for Order: To enable works for installation of a new water connection. Order Commences: 9 July 2024 for up to 18 months. Anticipated Completion: 11 July 2024. Access & Diversion: Barton Road, Long Marston Road, Welford Road, Main Street, Pear Tree Close, Dorsington Road and vice versa. Contractor: For STW, Network Plus, Tel: 01332 820 920.
BORDON PLACE, STRATFORD UPON AVON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic. Reason for Order: To enable works for pipe installation. Order Commences: 9 July 2024 for up to 18 months. Anticipated Completion: 12 July 2024. Access & Diversion: There is no diversion available. Contractor: For STW, Chevron TM Ltd, Tel: 03300 080 820.
C40 WHITE HORSE HILL & SMITH LANE, SNITTERFIELD
Order Effect: Roads closed to vehicular traffic between the junctions King Lane and Church Road. Reason for Order: Carriageway patching and associated works, 09.30hrs-15.30hrs. Order Commences: 12 July 2024 for up to 18 months. Anticipated Completion: 12 July 2024. Access & Diversion: Kings Lane, Park Lane, Church Road. Contractor: on behalf of Balfour Beatty,

C117 HIDCOTE ROAD, C49 HIDCOTE BARTRIM ROAD (GRANBROOK LANE), QUINTON Order Effect: Roads closed to vehicular traffic between the junctions of Clopton Lane (Granbrook Lane) and Main Street. Reason for Order: Carriageway patching and associated works, 09.30hrs-15.30hrs. Order Commences: 12 July 2024 for up to 18 months. Anticipated Completion: 12 July 2024. Access & Diversion: Main Street, Campden Road, Stratford Road, Granbrook Lane and vice versa Contractor: Balfour Beatty, Tel: 03452 415 302.
For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.

VARIOUS STREETS, STRATFORD-UPON-AVON TOWN CENTRE) (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2024
Warwickshire County Council propose to make the above-named Order, pursuant to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to introduce a 20 mph speed limit on the lengths of road within Stratford-upon-Avon as described in the Schedule below. A copy of the proposed Order, together with a plan showing the lengths of road affected and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at the Main Reception, Shire Hall, Market Place, Warwick during usual opening hours, or online at https://www.warwickshire.gov.uk/news/20209/stratford-avon-district.
