What is happening?
THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
The Council has made the Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit vehicles on:
Glensburgh Road, Grangemouth from 07.30 hours on 01/07/2024 until 17.00 hours on 05/07/2024. The prohibition is to allow for carriageway resurfacing.
1. This Order temporarily closes A905, Glensburgh Road, Grangemouth from the end of the dual carriageway section for a distance of approx. 220m in a north westerly direction to the bridge deck of the Kerse Bridge.
2. The alternative route: A905- Glensburgh Road, A905- Main Street, A905, A905, South Bellsdyke Roundabout, A88- Bellsdyke Road, A88- Antonshill Roundabout, B902- New Carron Road, B902- Roughlands Roundabout, B902- New Carron Road, B902- Carron Roundabout, B902- New Carron Road, B902- New Carron Roundabout, B906- Ronades Road, B906- Cauldhame Roundabout, B906- Ronades Road, A9- Merchiston Roundabout, A9, A9- Mungalend Roundabout, A9, A9-Abbotsford Park Rounadbout, A9, A9- Abbots Road Roundabout, A9, A9- Etna Road Roundabout, A9, A9- Westfield Roundabout, A904- Falkirk Road, A905- Earlsgate Roundabout, A905- Glensburgh Road, A905 and vice versa
C65 Bogend Road, Stenhousemuir from 09:30 on 01/07/24 until 23:59 on 05/07/24. The prohibition is to allow for Scottish Water works to be undertaken.
1. This Order temporarily closes from a point adjacent to Blair's Farm in a westerly direction for approximately 150 metres or thereby.
2. The alternative route is: A9, North Broomage Roundabout, A88, McCartney Road, McIntyre Avenue, C65 or vice versa.
THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2024
The Council has made the Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit waiting in:
Paris Street, Grangemouth from 09:30 until 18:00 on 28/06/24 . The prohibition is to allow for ironworks repairs to be undertaken.
1. This order prohibits waiting on Paris Street, Grangemouth from a point adjacent to Bo'ness Road in a northerly direction on both sides for approximately 150 metres or thereby.
Shore Road , Airth from 00:01 on 01/07/24 until 23:59 on 12/07/24. The prohibition is to allow for utility works to be undertaken.
1. This order prohibits waiting on Shore Road, Airth from a point adjacent to Main Street in a northerly direction on both sides for approximately 75 metres or thereby.
