THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (ON-STREET PARKING SPACE FOR DISABLED PERSONS) (VARIOUS STREETS NO 12) ORDER 2023
The Council has made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as described in the Falkirk Herald of 25 January 2024.
1. Full details may be inspected online at http://www.tellmescotland.gov.uk/ or from Roads Administration, Place Service, Suite 1B, The Stadium, 4 Stadium Way, Falkirk, by contacting adteam3.ds@falkirk.gov.uk
2. Any person wishing to question the validity of the order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Act or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from 27/06/24, make application for the purpose to the Court of Session.

The Council has made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as described in the Falkirk Herald of 28th March 2024.

2.
